Can I make changes to my order?
If you require any changes to your order; including incorrect address details and/or item sizing, please contact us immediately. We are unable to assure any alterations to your order. If your order has been processed, LOVE LOLITA does not hold responsibility for incorrect details entered.
When will my order be delivered?
All the domestic orders are delivered in 2-5 business days. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and are shipped Monday to Friday.
During sales periods, delivery may take an additional 1-2 business days.
How can I check the status of my order?
Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation on e-mail. You will also receive an email with your delivery confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order is handled.
How can I return my order?
Please register your return via the link provided below to obtain a return label. Once packed, kindly drop off the parcel at your nearest PostNord postal office. We highly advise taking a picture of the receipt upon delivering the return package for your records.

Please note that Love Lolita does not cover the cost of return shipping and you will be charged 69NOK/7EUR for the return.
How are duties and taxes calculated for international shipments?
For orders to countries outside of Norway, orders are primarily shipped with Delivered at Place(DAP). This means duties and taxes are not payed and you might be required to pay duties and taxes on customs entry arrival into your country.
