PAYMENT

You can pay for your order through Klarna, Vipps, Paypal or Stripe.

After placing an order you will receive order confirmation to you email address.

Please note that Love Lolita does not cover the cost of local taxes, as well as any customs duties. For orders to Norway, VAT and customs duties are included in the purchasing price.

DELIVERY

Worldwide shipping in 1-3 business days. 

Shortly after you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation on e-mail. All orders before 13.00 (GMT+2) will be handled and shipped the same day. You will receive an email with your delivery confirmation and tracking information as soon as your order is handled. 

Please note, during sale periods & times of seasonal offers, dispatch of orders & in turn delivery times may be delayed. We aim to process all orders in a timely manner, but we ask for your patience in order processing.

Delivered to a pick-up point in 1-3 business days.

Helthjem

Delivered in 2-5 business days. Delivered to mailbox/door before 7am Monday-Friday. The package is tracked all the way, no signature is required. You will receive a text message when your package is delivered. Please note that bigger packages will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point. 

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping cost starts at 59NOK/6EUR, depending on which delivery method you choose. 

If the package is not collected from the post office within 2 weeks the package will be returned to us and refunded. You will be charged with a fee of 250NOK/25EUR.

RETURNS

  • Items must be posted in the mail within 14 days of receiving your order. Any items posted after this time frame may be denied.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition including tags, to be eligible for a refund.
  • Once we have received your returned package, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued.
  • Love Lolita reserves the right to deny a return if items are returned used, soiled, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfume or scents on the fabric. These soiled or damaged items will be returned to sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.
  • Please allow 5 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by Love Lolita.
  • You will be notified via the email address that the order was placed with once the transaction has been processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the credit card or PayPal that the payment had originally come from. If you have paid with Klarna and if a refund is due, your invoice will be adjusted, and you'll receive a refund from Klarna within 10 working days for all payments you've already made. Your refund will be issued back to the credit or debit card you used at checkout.

HOW TO RETURN

Please register your return via the link provided below to obtain a return label. Once packed, kindly drop off the parcel at your nearest PostNord postal office. We highly advise taking a picture of the receipt upon delivering the return package for your records.

EXCHANGES

Due to our products frequently selling out, we cannot process an exchange for you. If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to place a new order.

RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER OR A FAULTY ITEM?

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at customercare@lovelolita.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.
